  • In case a transaction fails after payment, the amount will be automatically credited back to your EasyRecharge Wallet.

  • Refunds are not processed to bank accounts or UPI IDs for failed transactions.

  • Wallet refund processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours.

  • Eligible recharges and bill payments will receive 1% cashback.

  • Cashback is credited to your EasyRecharge Wallet within 24 hours of a successful transaction.
